Pet Policy \~ This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance. Smoking Policy \~ This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it. Damage Policy \~ Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking. Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation. Reservation Payments \~ 50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date. Cancellation Policy \~ Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund. The kitchen was well equipped and the home's amenities exceeded our expectations.The game room and kids toys kept the little ones occupied. Game room downstairs and pool/yard were the highlight. Management was so easy to communicate with and even allowed an early check in for us since we arrived early from out of state.
