Every Coast to Cactus home comes stocked with all the basics you will need to feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee, bath essentials, and freshly laundered linens and towels. Great Room The great room is complete with two sofas that are both pull-out queen beds and a 65” flat screen TV with cable Kitchen The kitchen comes equipped with silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and some small cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, and olive oil. Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen! Bathrooms The bathrooms are equipped with fresh laundered towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.Additional towels are in the linen closet in the hall. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. 8\. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you. 9\. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms. 10\. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host. 11\. Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent. 12\. Have fun, and please respect the home and host! Pool heating is available; however, specific water temperatures are not guaranteed. In Arizona, especially during fall and winter months, pool temperature is highly dependent on outdoor weather, overnight lows, wind, and sun exposure. Cold weather can limit the heater’s effectiveness. No refunds will be provided due to pool temperature or weather conditions. Check in and check out were easy. Place was very clean. Plenty of towels (shower and pool). Stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. They also had some basics like paper towels. Plenty of pots and pans and dishware/utensils. My two dissatisfactions1\. the heated pool was just a little too cold for the adults to enjoy. Kids still went in, but also would have preferred it warmer. It fluctuated between 79 and 84 degrees. The pool cleaner that came by said he thinks 87 is where it needs to be. Anyway, just something to keep in mind. 2\. Only the master bedroom has a TV. I would have preferred that each bedroom had at least a small TV.To end on a positive note, the pool was otherwise big and clean and the kids had fun. The location is great with two large grocery stores within a short drive and easy access to the expressway. The master bedroom was large with a nice walk-in closet and spacious bath. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal or grill out. The living room was great for relaxing later in the evening, and the outdoor space including the pool was enjoyable during the day. Strong WIFI and Cable TV were available. There is only 4 Only a 4 bedroom not a 5 as listed. Had to battle management to refund 1/5th as agreed on after long debate. They did do the right thing in the end. It was plenty of room. Open floor plan and beautifully decorated. Fully supplied kitchen made cooking a meal easy. Kids loved the heated pool. It was a great location making it an easy drive to shopping. Restaurants, groceries. ##### Diane H. Very communicative and hospitable. All the amenities you’d need were provided and the house was so clean and nice. Pool was awesome and the area is close to Old Town so getting around is so easy. We come to AZ at least once a year and rent a house. Some houses we have stayed in have great photos of the pool and when we arrive it’s not what was expected. That’s not the case this time. The pool was literally perfect. This house was clean, spacious and centrally located in Scottsdale. We were close to everything & the pool was huge! Plenty of room for the 7 of us and a “deep end” for the tall teenagers! The neighborhood felt safe but the alley behind the house where you take the garbage was sketch. My husband insisted that he was the only one to go back there. The first night at the house there was a thunderstorm and we lost power for about 7 hours. There were a couple flashlights so we weren’t totally in the dark. (Sucked to lose the AC for 7 hours in August though!) A few days later we asked that the AC be turned down because the house didn’t seem to cool down in the evenings (Still 103 outside at 9:30pm) There is no way to turn it down on your own as the owners control that part. I would rent this house again though. It had everything we needed and again, it was very very clean and we greatly appreciated that! It was a great vacation. ##### Kim J.
