"Loved this resort. The food is the best we've had at an all inclusive in Mexico and we've been to at least 10. We did pay for the preferred club and we didnt feel like it was worth it for us. The check-in took forever because there were 4 groups in front of us and only 1 person doing check in. It would've been better for us to check in downstairs where there was no wait so we could get our trip started. We also liked being at the main pools better because we like to be around more people. The resort is beautiful and very clean. The coffee shop was also amazing!"

"The pools were clean and chemically maintained throughout the day. There were always enough chairs by the pools. Having the water slides without having to compete with kids was very nice. Nelly for breakfast and lunch outside at the buffet was a great worker and went above and beyond for you. Cesar in the sports bar is one of the best drink makers we have seen at a Riu resort. Check in was very smooth and fast."
