Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and pleasant furnishings. The cottage has A/C but not the den. The den that has the couch is super hot. It felt like a sauna room. Unfortunately the doors to open up the den to allow air from outside doesn't have a screen door. We couldn't leave it open, otherwise flys or mosquitoes would enter. And since we couldn't use the den, the square footage of the cottage was even smaller. Also, the foliage outside the pathway entrance needs to be trim. We had a very comfortable 2-night stay at The Cottage! It is perfect for a couple. The location is wonderful to Downtown and totally walkable although we chose to drive and never had issues parking.The Cottage has all of the amenities you could want. It was very cold upon arrival, but VRBO was very prompt and responsive in having Robert come over within 10 minutes, to check the heating unit (the remote had to be reset). Perfect for me, my husband and our dog. The only complaint we had was the bed. It creaked loudly every time we moved. The place needs a new, sturdy bed. ##### Linh B.
