Maison d'architecte avec vue unique sur Sens et sa cathédrale, à 5 min à pied de la gare de Sens (train direct 55 min de Paris-Bercy) avec une vaste pièce à vivre, cuisine, salle à manger, salon, cheminée Focus et écran vidéo géant; 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain (douches, baignoire); 2 terrasses (côté ville, côté campagne) avec BBQ, meubles de jardin; jardin de 2500 m2 donnant sur les bois; cuisine équipée; lave linge et sèche linge; espace fitness; WI-FI fibre haut débit; linge de maison fourni. Un supermarché est à deux pas avec pharmacie, bureau de tabac, restauration; boulangerie et boucherie sont au bout de la rue. La ville de Sens est sympa à visiter mais surtout sa cathédrale, la première gothique et son musée, l'un des plus riche en art religieux en France.
