## Emplacement
Paris's 13th arrondissement is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians congregated. The northern part of the arrondissement is more “classical”, home to major institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the Olympiades district.
It also has the advantage of being close to the Gare Montparnasse, renowned for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés and stores.
