Liked that it was easy place to find on a Main Street. Service was horrible. You don’t get clean towels daily. I called for clean towels and never received them. Decided to go downstairs to get them and was told that they would bring them up. Waited again 2.5 hours and called again finally after a half an hour did get them. Breakfast horrible. Not many options .

My favorite place to go EVER!! Harry Potter world, Kong ride, Jurassic Park, Cat in the Hat, Marvel, etc... AMAZING experiences that beat all Disney parks and rides. Only negative is that they close way to early. The cost of admission is worth every penny, but they close at 6pm. Mascotts and characters are everywhere to be found. No long line ups to meet them and take pictures.

Check for when the rainy season is and make sure you bring raincoats/ponchos. It came extremely handy
