The stay was great! I wasn’t so crazy about the pool but didn’t use this time around. Found a moth in the room and a cockroach right at my door which is the reason why minus 1 star but doesn’t change my mind about staying here again because it’s a nature thing. Moths/flies fly in when doors open and roach wasn’t in my room it was just outside my door when I walked in, again nature can’t be avoided, not the hotel’s fault. Staff was great!! Every person that helped us was very nice and friendly! Location was perfect for universal!

Super friendly staff and clean rooms ! My only critique is I wish there were coffee machines in the rooms and thicker blankets . Would definitely stay here again though !
