Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. My children were very happy. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient for me and my family. It's also close to tourist attractions, especially the old town. Tom arranged a free car ride to the old town and gave us great recommendations, which were very helpful. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Phi Phi Island, which was much cheaper than what we could have found ourselves. The airport transfer service was incredibly convenient for me and my family. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Phuket. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you, Tom and the team.

We decided to upgrade our room at check-in, and the staff graciously accommodated us with an early check-in, which was such a wonderful way to begin our stay. The entire property feels modern, stylish, and beautifully maintained. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight—the stunning views, beautiful setting, and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The location is another major plus. The hotel is just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and access to take the speedboat to the other islands, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling like a relaxing escape. We would absolutely stay at BlueSotel Smart again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish and memorable stay in Ao Nang, Krabi.
