« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Castaway Koh Lanta pour son emplacement à quelques pas de la superbe plage. Le personnel était au petit soin, et tellement sympa, rien à redire. Notre unité était propre, pourvue de toutes les commodités et accueillante. Nous avons fait faire la lessive de la semaine pour 90 baths. Le restaurant et le bar ont un menu varié et succulent. Nous avons profité du service de massage sur place, et avons également adoré! Séjour parfait, sans fausse note! »

« The room was incredible, well air conditioned and large. The staff were top notch, so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is great, a lot of walkable dining options, and can get taxis from the front desk to areas further out. There were some monitor lizards and lots of beautiful birds out there too. « Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...

« Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Ivory, nous étions très bien accueilli, l'emplacement est parfait. Il serait bien d'avoir les prises électriques à côté du lit (il n'y a que 2 et elles sont bien cachées). Les chambres sont pas grandes mais quand on vient à Koh Phi Phi c'est pas pour rester à l'hôtel. »

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est loin des zones touristiques donc c’est très calme et c’est exactement ce que je recherchais. Ma chambre (sunset pool villa) était parfaite. La plage de l’hôtel est superbe et très peu fréquentée (j’étais en basse saison). Un peu déçu par l’accueil du personnel à l’arrivée , un peu froid et peu communicatif (un peu compliqué quand on essaie de savoir si on a pris le bon bateau et comment aller à l’hôtel depuis le point d’arrivée).mais sinon tout était très bien. "

"Les villas sont top. Un peu vieillot côté sdb mais au calme dans l’hôtel et avec une terrasse sur le toit et un jacuzzi. Vue sur la piscine. Petit bémol, ma femme a été très malade après avoir petit déjeuné à l’hôtel le 1er jour donc 3 jours enfermé dans la chambre avec des médicaments. À part le resto, le reste est ok "
