This is a 3* hotel at best. Rooms are not properly cleaned, I stayed in two different ones - the second even smelt of fish. Staff are unhelpful, don’t speak good English. No clear manager to complain to. Pool bar staff running a scam over charging, trying to charge different members of my group for same items. Asking for 1000bht up front to use the pool bed but not putting it towards our spend. Reception desk not interested in the complaint. I asked to move from the villa that you had to wade through a jungle to get to to an upstairs room, reception showed me the room, I paid for it for an extra night, then when I went to move in, they said it was gone she put me in a downstairs room with view of a construction site. Noise from neighbouring beach club can be heard til 3AM ish.

Good location just nearby restaurants. However, bed was hard, ac only turns on when you put the key in place and we had cockroaches in our room which is somewhat expected for a room that is in an outdoor setting.

If you’re travelling with family avoid this hotel. Very very loud music until 3am. Bed rock hard. Very dirty. Pool area very dirty. My daughter got bit 32 time full of mosquitoes. Worse hotel we have ever staying in

The property allowed us to check in early which I really appreciate since I got pretty sea sick from the ride over to the island. Every staff member we came across were very friendly and helpful if we had a question. Location was probably the biggest pro for me.

The resort itself is a nice place, right on the water with a nice pool. But, the bed was the worst. It was so hard and uncomfortable. If you put a yoga mat on the floor and lay on it, that’s what this bed felt like.
