It has been many years since I've stayed here but it was even better than I remembered. It is incredible to achieve such consistent service. The vibe is outstanding; I visited with my son when he was a child and now as a 26 year old and it never disappointed.

This is the 7th time we’ve stayed at universal’s hard rock hotel. We love spending the day by the pool and the convenience to the park. Food is fantastic! The dj music on wed and thur was perfect blend, but Friday’s dj was too loud and not enough variety. We would have loved ti rent a cabana since it was March madness, but $300 a day? Only one or 2 of them were ever even rented. I love the way you tied the chairs together so they stayed in a normal order and didn’t get turned all crazy everywhere! The parks never disappoint, but I wish there were a few more stores for shopping at citywalk. It was a great vacation!
