Stuff are soooo kind the reception just the breakfast isn’t the greatest in having too much options to choose from . The only thing I would say is they have to hire more reception and schedule them during check out and check in time frame .. it’s hard to get a maid to clean your room upon request but over all view and hotel it’s amazing

-No hay agua caliente. Solo agua tibia en ocaciones -problemas con las cerraduras de los cuartos. En varias ocaciones tuve que ir al front desk para que me abrieran el cuarto y así estuve hasta el día antes de mi checkout que decidieron cambiar la cerradura -El desayuno incluido no es el mejor: huevo, tostadas, bagel y cereal. -El aire acondicionado se apagaba a media noche y había que esperar dos horas para que automáticamente se encendiera y tenías control en el panel para controlar la temperatura. -Solamente un ascensor funcionando -No había suficiente estacionamiento. Si llegabas después de las 10pm, tienes que buscar estacionamiento al rededor del hotel no en los predios del mismo ya que cuentan con un segundo piso y el mismo está CERRADO. -

The room was ok. The room is in need of an update. I didn’t feel safe on the side I was on apparently you have to pay a hundred plus a night to be on the glamorous side of the hotel. Customer service was great which was a plus. I will not return.

The property was great. Our room was perfect. We loved the free daily breakfast and the nice warm pool! The front desk staff were exceptional, always giving a friendly greeting! The entire hotel was very clean and there were staff constantly walking around making sure of that! We will definitely be back.
