Please note that the owner does not accept groups or youth groups. Additionally, the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected from all guests. Unit Layout  
The "Port Pals F" is a 4-room apartment with a total area of 95 square meters, situated on the ground floor. It features a practical layout with a combined living and dining room, which includes a digital TV and electric heating. The living area opens up to a private patio, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, one with a French bed measuring 135 cm wide and 190 cm long, another with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, accompanied by a bathroom with a toilet. The third bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. The open kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, the apartment features a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property.

The "Port Pals F" apartment offers a pleasant outdoor area, including a patio and a covered balcony with terrace furniture and deck chairs.
