Cole is a great host. « I have stayed at this property multiple times, and this is my second time in this unit, so I knew what to expect. It's a great location, and generally a good value. This unit is very compact; for example, there is no closet space, just a small hanging bar in the bathroom, in the space where the trash can is. "A very nice hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Palm Springs. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the valet service was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a Nespresso machine, and the view from the top floors is really beautiful. The pricing was also very attractive, at least during the summer. A nice touch is the champagne fridge in the lobby, with a ¼ bottle of Moët available for $25. The only area that could be improved is the pool area. It feels a little underwhelming at the moment, particularly with the grey flooring and the sun loungers. A few relatively simple design changes could make a big difference and significantly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a very nice hotel and a great place to stay in Palm Springs. Highly recommended."
