View our photos - this meticulously cleaned and well stocked home will truly be your home away from home. Our 4 bed/4 bath home is professionally decorated and truly offers a stunning atmosphere to retreat to while vacationing in the Disney area! We have a 5 Night Minimum (7 nights for Holiday dates - See our HOLIDAY RATES note below). Every bedroom has a bathroom!!!

Our houses feature two King suites, with high quality pillow top mattresses for a perfect nights rest after a long day at the Disney Parks! The remaining two rooms have 2 twin beds each, and in the Beach house one is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme and the other is a Disney Princess theme. The twin rooms do not have pillow top mattresses, but do have upgraded, thicker mattresses allowing for extreme comfort, we know how important a good nights rest is ... in fact, all our sheets are 300 thread count as well. Total, the house will accommodate up to eight persons.

The living room features a 55" Smart TV where you can access Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Etc (with own account info - we only supply the software on the TV) and an additional sitting area which also features a small desk with FREE high speed internet connection (bring your own laptop!).

Our heated and screened North-West facing pool area features a bubbling spa, 2 sun loungers and outdoor seating for 6 plus a mini table with Mickey Chairs for little ones!

The garage is carpeted and air conditioned and decorated with a Disney Nemo Theme. It even has underwater light effects! The game room has foosball, air hockey, ping pong and a table with family friendly games.

There is also a full size washer and dryer in the garage, a iron and ironing board, vacuum. Baby equipment! We have a pack-n-play, umbrella stroller and small high chair for your use.

Your quoted rate will include 13.5% Florida sales tax (7.5% State and 6% county). We also take a reasonable $250 damage deposit with your final payment which is refundable after your departure if nothing is missing or damaged. The deposit is held and returned by Homeaway directly.

Pool heat is $30/day (no tax) October through May and $20/day April through September. You will definitely need to add pool heat October through May if you intend to swim. The spa tub heats from the pool so you must have pool heat to use the spa. There is also a solar blanket for the colder months.

NOTE REGARDING HOLIDAYS: If your dates are mid-week check-in and/or check-out you must pay a full 7 day holiday rate minimum. We do not rent Christmas and New Year's in the same rental period unless there is a 14 night rental. If you book Dec 25 and January 1 and it is less than 14 Nights you will be charged a $175 Clean fee.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The vacation home was in great condition except the carpet seemed a bit older and worn. The Disney rooms were so cute, and my girls loved the princess beds. The pool, hot tub, and game room were nice amenities to have on hand. It was nice to be so close to Disney. We loved our stay.

Spring break vacation

Everything about this property was great. Spacious for our family. Kids loved the pool and recreation area in the garage. The only negative was the check in process. Our code did not work for the front door because the property management company did not reset it after the precious guest so we could not immediately get into our rental. It took a phone call to the owner who then in return gave us the property manager’s number. Also, the WiFi address listed in the welcoming packet/book available at the house was not correct and it took calling them property manager to get that fixed.

Family retreat

This rental is spacious and well-maintained. The location is excellent close to all the big parks plus services restaurants and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, all good amenities and a tremendous pool in the backyard for a family pool party. Property manager Dawn was very responsive to questions quickly answering us if we had any thing we needed help with. She even checked in with us on her own accord with this virus issue of late and provided us with the listings of places open for grocery or takeout. I thought it was very thoughtful and attentive and really appreciated it. Our granddaughter love the theme rooms in the house.The house had so much space for us to just relax and chill together. Games room was a plus lots of fun. We will definitely be coming back next winter. Thanks Dawn! Sun Dog, Super. K and the Sun Pup

We loved the beach house

My family had the most wonderful time for our first time in Florida and our beach house was great!! The kids loved there princess room, and the other rooms were great also!! When you were in your room you couldn’t hear the others in the house or if someone was taking a shower!! There’s a lot of space so no one was stepping on each other. We loved the pool and the garage with all the games. Also the kitchen is very well stocked, so we were able to very nice meals. Also the house is very close to all the Disney parcs and Windsor Hills resort has a lot of amenities to enjoy!!! We would strongly recommend this beach house and Dawn is awesome!! She’s always there to answer any questions you might have!! Thank you very much Dawn for everything!! We will definitely come back in the near future!!!

THE perfect house to rent!

This house is PERFECT; everyone has a private bathroom, lots of gathering space for a family to be together. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Community has many fabulous amenities for every age. We throughly enjoyed the house, location and close proximity to places. We would like to rent again in the future!

Our August Stay

We had a nice stay in Dawn's home. The pictures are accurate. The king beds had the most comfortable mattresses we have ever stayed on. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food. The kids loved the games room. A piece was missing from the air hockey tale, and when we notified Dawn, it was brought over in no time. Our only negative is that the home is starting to show its age - the pool had some large black spots around the edge, some of the patio furniture was a little rickety, and the carpet, although vacuumed, left our socks black.

Nice Place

I traveled with my husband and two young boys. It was a good stay. We spent most of our time in the pool at the house. For the kids, it was the highlight of their whole trip! The house was well kept and had the things we needed. The in-home game room was another nice feature that made our stay enjoyable. We also spent nearly an entire day at the community pool/water park area. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would return in the future.

fantastic family villa

we stayed here I in June 2019 for 6 nights and we wished we had stayed here the whole time we was in Florida. The villa is spacious and clean and has everything you need. The kids aged 7 and 5 loved the pool and we out their for hours. my 5 year old was amazed by her princess themed room and bathroom and my 7 year old loved the games room. The location to Disney was brilliant and there were plenty of restaurants nearby including a Walmart and publix. When we return to Florida again we would definitely stay at this villa. My only comment would he to put curtains as well as blinds in the kids rooms so they dont wake really early because of the light. if you want a quiet and gorgeous villa with all you need chose this one.

Best Ever Place to Stay

1st time renting a house vs staying at the typical hotel. Such a great decision! This is the perfect house to rent with a family. Very close to all amenities if needed or you have a fabulous kitchen to stay put. House was very clean and fun to stay at. You had your own screened in pool or spend the day at the community pool/ splash pad. Community pool was free to use and we took advantage of the fun. Pool is super family friendly. Magic Kingdom was easily accessible with just a short drive. Our family will happily stay if we ever find ourselves in Florida again. Absolutely recommend staying here. Dawn was great to work with. I thought of a question extremely late regarding our departure and she responded immediately. Again can't go wrong staying here, highly recommend.

Perfect!

We love staying at this house! It’s the perfect size and floor plan for our needs! First floor, 2 twin princess beds with on suite bathroom with tub is very difficult to find. This home is beautiful, comfortable & always spotless! Dawn is amazing and easy to work with! We have been renting this property only for the last 6 years! While it’s not technically wheelchair accessible we bring a small ramp to get my daughter in and out and she can easily get around inside the home!

Great for Family with kids

We stayed there end of April for a week and the place was perfect. We had my wife, 3 kids (6, 4, 7 months) and my father-in-law and we had plenty of room. The house was very clean and comfortable. They had a high chair and pack-n-play for the baby to use. The kids loved the private pool and we stayed there more than the community pool/slides. The club house and slides are a 5 minute walk away. Disney parks are a 15 minute drive away. The renters were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous home!

The house was PERFECT. Spacious, clean, well equipped, nice beds - it looked exactly as the photos presented it. the house pool was great and the on-site water park was also really nice. The location is really good for the amusement parks and local attractions. HIGHLY recommend.

This was our 2nd stay in Windsor Hills but first time in a full house. The 4 bedroom house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. We loved the open concept, games room and private pool! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The community pool and water park were also well enjoyed by our families.
