This home has been fully-renovated.

It’s located in the heart of Altamonte Springs! Enjoy all Altamonte has to offer – less than a mile away you can find everything and anything you want during your stay: Altamonte Mall, movie theatre, supermarkets, restaurants – even a walking trail around Cranes Roost Park. 35 min from Universal and Disney, 15 min from Winter Park & downtown Orlando.

The kitchen, dining and living room has a full open space concept. The natural lighting really sets the mood – regardless of where you sit.

The master bedroom has a king bed, French doors that open up to the deck. The master bathroom has a stone set shower and has a Zen-like feel. Two guest bedrooms – one with a full-size bed and the other with two twin-size beds.

The home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essentials.

We live out of town – however, we have all the support we need to assure you have a lovely time at our home. We respect our guest’s privacy; however, we are here should you need us for anything.

Amazing House!!!!

We had the BEST stay at this property! It’s a beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood and conveniently located to north Orlando. Axia was hands down the easiest host I’ve ever worked with! So easy to get in touch with and always so kind and responsive. The house itself is thoughtfully stocked with tons of linens, detergent, trash bags, baggies, pots and pans- everything you could possibly need! The house is also beautifully redone with such a cute design. The layout is perfect. Beds super comfortable. Cable is great. Backyard and porch was amazing. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will certainly be staying here next time we’re in Orlando!!

Charming House with Great Location!

My family loved staying at this house. It’s great for kids as there was a pack-n-play, high chair and the washer/dryer helps so much. The location is great too...close to the Whole Foods, mall, restaurants and more. The open concept floor plan makes it so easy to entertain. Any questions/concerns that came up Aixa addressed. Overall great experience and we look forward to staying here again.

Lovely and comfortable

The residence is located in one of the nicer parts of Orlando. There is a mall and upscale shops and Whole Foods within 2 miles of the house. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. So quiet you can actually hear the birds singing all day long! Sit out on the back deck and enjoy the serenity. The home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Lots of silverware, dishes, serving containers, pots and pan. Everything you need to host a brunch like what we did. The beds are comfortable and plenty of storage for belongings. A couple of pointers, however. Watch out for the corners of the beds - toe smashers and shin crushers! A few suggestions to owner: Please supply wash cloths and hand towels for the bathrooms. You have ample amounts of bath towels which is wonderful! Secondly, the hall bath is very slow to drain and needs some work. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay at. We would stay here again.

The house was comfortable and clean. Great deck and big fenced in yard area. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to big shopping areas not to mention I-4 and what Florida's famous for! All the attractions!!

Wedding Stay

My sister got married in Orlando and our family stayed at this wonderful Airbnb. The interior is so nice she decide to take some photos of them getting ready at the house! Highly recommend.

Great home away from home. Has everything you need for an extended stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Aixa’s home very much. We needed a home near our friends and family in Orlando, the central location of Altamonte worked well for us. The host were promptly available whenever we had any questions about the home. We felt at home, safe and would stay again.

Clean modern updated and accomodating

Aixa proved to be a lovely host not simply by virtue of their beautiful home but also allowing us to not only check in early but to check out late due to an elderly guest that needed special care. We had a family gathering during one of the evenings in the house was so welcoming, inviting, and accommodating. All who attended felt as though we were in our own home
