This was the most disgusting upsetting experience I’ve had. They sold the room that I purchased so I have to stay in a room with a smaller bed. After receiving our smaller room we walk in to ROACHES bathroom, on our luggage, on the walls. I asked for a refund and they explained to me it’s non refundable. So so unhappy.

The room we stayed in had the ceilings falling in. It was very dark, tv didn’t work there was no remote either. It gave you a very uneasy feeling. Everything felt dirty, the staff was EXTREMELY rude. Girl with the ridiculous nose piercings seemed to be the manager and she was the rudest of them all. I will NEVER stay there again or any other chain of the sort. Horrible experience. We barely slept and got out as soon as we could.

There was no microwave, no phone, & no iron in the room . The fridge was not working & they sent a man to fix it. After that, We found a small lizard in the bathroom $ luckily my husband caught it, but couldn’t have time to take a pic bc we was hurried to kill the roaches. We had the pic of the roaches . Never stay here ever again
