The property was ok, the reason we chose it was because of the Waterpark they had on the property and the arcade. But the arcade was small and hot! The Waterpark is where we spent most of our time. The rooms were ok, we had water leaking underneath the floor in the living room area.

We tried to check-in at check-in time - 4pm - and were told our room wasn't ready and to give it about 15-20 minutes. Our room was not ready until 6:30pm. Normally, this wouldn't really be a problem if it was just me, however, I had three small children with me and it was frustrating. Other than that, staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. My kids loved the slides, pools, and movie theater as well.

Line for check in was long. I came here years go when it was nick hotel. The property sice then looks a bit more of need for attention and updating. Check in atea had paint vhipping off. Pool area has gates in need of paint

For the most probably had a great stay other than the check-in process was a little long about 45 minutes waiting for my keys to check in at a 4:00 chicken didn't check in until probably like 6:00 and then the water really needs to be clean there's bottles and baby bottles and other things do not belong in that Lake and the fish are going to die

Check in process was an hour. No towels in rooms took hours to receive once requested. Lights in bedroom randomly turned on and fan off. Trash around property. Bathroom looked uncleaned. Shower curtains need to be longer, water will escape onto the ground.

The stay was for a few days. When asked for extra towels, it would take thru to the next day to receive service. I offered to come and get the towels and was told I couldnā€™t get them that way. The elevator floor is peeling up severely. There is no air in elevator so thank god we didnā€™t get stuck in elevator. It took 2 days to receive toilet paper The air is would not cool properly in the room.

There were not enough chairs for all the people to sit at the pools. There were never any clean towels all were dirty. We didnā€™t have enough linens in our room. We had to keep calling to get linens for the sofa, bed and the other two twin beds in the queen suite we had, and also realize that this Holiday Inn does not have Keurig in their rooms. There are different type of coffee machine so the cups that I brought, I had to rip open the top and use a different type of filter for the coffee. Not to be Prejudice or anything but no one there spoke English , so it was hard to communicate with people.

The property is safe and secure. I like its not far away from the city and most of the attractions are within a 10mins or less drive. The water park is awesome. Love it and its pretty busy during the day. The only thing i didnt like is the shower curtain is was very dirty at the end that touches the bathtub.

My room was giving to another guest by the time I open the door another guest was in their Because his room was dirty my other room that I was giving didnā€™t have pillows , initials for the bathroom, their was food in the kids room , their was a Roche crawling out from the neighbours room, itā€™s was out dated the hotel is self . The structure of the building made it extremely hot because there is no air flow through the building to the water park ā€¦ my issue was delta with only 55 dollars back for the resort fee when I spent 400 on the one night stay ..
