« The location is close to Sandbank, and the stars at night were a highlight. Unfortunately, the property was poorly maintained and did not match the advertised pictures. The toilet had orange residue around the rim, the microwave could not be opened, and there was no functioning stovetop or heating element. The window had no blind, with the owner’s backyard directly visible. Most concerning was the strong sour smell throughout the house. The house was also cold with no temperature control....

Seuls points négatifs: 3 airs climatisés portatifs bruyants et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres. Le propriétaire nous a dit avoir prévu remédier à cela. Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement. »

« From the outside it looks a little rough. I was concerned when we pulled up. But once you go inside it’s great. The first thing we noticed was how clean our suite was. It has everything you need. 2 bedrooms and a couple fold-flat couch’s. There was only 4 of us so each couple got a bedroom. It’s in a super convenient area. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very quaint town. The host left a binder with rules, wifi info, nearby restaurants and stores that was very handy. Great...

« This place is in the center of the action in the Pretty town of Perth, restaurants, parks and shopping in all directions. The Sheriffs Quarters were awesome, welcoming air conditioning as we arrived, spotlessly clean and well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs at Coutts Cafe as we sat by the river Tay, it was like a movie scene, just beautiful. We hope to return next year. »
