"Smells really bad "

"Free laundry, comfortable bed, great location, free water filling station (all hotels should have this and not charge $8 for a bottle of water). Only issues: Small lobby, which makes checking in and out a catastrophic experience. Staff are not personable at all. All have RB faces with no hello, welcome, or thank you. All had the same cold personality. "

"Been staying here for an annual conference for almost a decade -- very consistent/reliable/comfortable with excellent service. Free daily coffee/cookies/fruit is a nice, reliable treat. Only real knock is that there's no dedicated AC (just ceiling fans and standing fans), but I've always been able to control the room temp reliably. Will be back next year!"

"Within walking distance of Chinatown, I would suggest parking under the hotel and walking/getting rides everywhere. Parking at hotel is +$65 per day, but that’s just how SF is. Clean and well appointed room with a great view of Coit Tower. The adjoining city park has homeless people and smells of urine. Everything else nearby was pretty clean. "
