Our 2 bed 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building all while providing premium amenities throughout the loft. Paired with this amazing space is easy access to downtown restaurants, shops and destinations. Less than a mile walk/drive to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena. Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena. Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance. For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there. The loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and great views of downtown Omaha. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed. The living room space features ample seating, great downtown views, along with a classic vinyl corner where you can play from our selection of records or connect your device to the bluetooth speaker. For additional in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable. The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer. An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking. Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade. Parking garages are available nearby. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. The loft was cute and nicely decorated but the kitchen, drinkware and other amenities were poor. There were no glass drinkware, including stemware and the wine opener was so cheap it could not pull out a cork. We ended up purchasing glassware and a wine opener. The TV in the living room was not set up to a ROKU account so no news could be watched. The WIFI was sketchy but we were able to get logged in which enabled one of our party to work. Overall the loft is in a great location with a parking garage very close by. We did witness a few cars getting towed from the street so I would recommend using the parking garage which is a half block away.We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed visiting Omaha and the ballet. ##### Lynn W. Excellent restaurants nearby and walking distance to most things in downtown. Everything was in good working order and clean/like new. Sometimes the WiFi signal was low but no complaints otherwise. Listed as 2 king beds but only 1\. There is a queen mattress on the on the 2nd bedroom king frame. It is so very loud. Trash trucks are dumping the dumpsters multiple times a night. And the WiFi would not work. Says there is cable in the welcome book but there isn’t. Tried multiple times to contact host with no response. Stay with caution. ##### A M. Large unit, very clean and well appointed. Sofa and chairs in LR to sit and relax. Fun decor - working turn table with records. Comfortable beds, good linens/towels. VRBO host was NON RESPONSIVE to multiple (thankfully minor) pings. Otherwise, great stay and would recommend unit. Be aware you are directly on the street 4 stories up so there is some street noise esp with early morning garbage dumpster pick ups, though very manageable. ##### j d.
