Walk to Beach; includes Pools, Tennis Courts, Extras Beautiful and serene three bedroom, two bath condo with easy walk to beach! This condo has a lot of extras like beach chairs and wagon, beach/pool/grass toys, beach umbrella, tennis rackets and balls. One of three community pools is right beside the building and there are three tennis courts nearby. There is also a private oceanfront pool and beach access for Starboard owners and guests that is an easy walk from the condo. The family room and dining area are centrally located around three bedrooms, two full baths and the kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; the second bathroom is accessible from the bedroom with two double beds and the hall. There is a large outdoor deck with chairs that overlook the pool and tennis courts. There is a back balcony that overlooks the large, open field. The building is situated near a lagoon and has a large open field where kids can play, and parents can keep an eye on them from the condo's back balcony. The condo is on the second (top) floor so there's no noise from above. The condo, while in a quiet community, is less than a mile from the hustle and bustle of the center of the island where the concerts, restaurants and shops, park and pier are located. There are two assigned parking spaces under the building with an overflow lot beside the building for additional vehicles. If you wish to rent a golf cart you must plug it directly into the outlet under the building. No extension cords are allowed. It must be parked in a parking space, not on the grass or other location. My sister and I took our 3 boys (9, 6 and 2) and we couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Plenty of space, decor was light and airy. As a Mom, loved all the hooks for hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. pump soap at every sink (it’s the little things!) and the fans in closet were much appreciated. The complex itself was quiet and we felt very safe. The walk to the pool/beach was a breeze with the wagon and loved that all beach equipment was included in the price. We got to see a family of deer who made their way down to the beach every evening. Sunsets at the back of the property were gorgeous. Host was very responsive when we had a question. Proximity to the beach was great and the condo amenities were an added plus. The house was clean and decorated tastefully. Depending on how we felt, walking or driving to OIB central was an option. We attended the Market/vendor event which had quite an array of vendors there. We did not leave empty handed and were able to walk back with our purchases. Even though we were here in peak season, it never felt too crowded. The blend of owners and renters allows for a much more relaxing visit. Would highly recommend and hope to be back. ##### Sandy L. This home was clean and comfortable and a quick walk to the beach. Multiple amenities and my only complaint there was that we couldn't stay long enough to take advantage of them. There is a helpful binder of home and location information, and many menus of local restaurants. There are a couple of flights of stairs to navigate to get to the condo and that may make a difference to those with limited mobility. No sheets or towels are provided which made it challenging when flying to this destination. The owner was quick to communicate and answer questions, and there was plenty of information regarding procedures and parking. Definitely would recommend! ##### Robin S. The only thing is that sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and kitchen towels were not provided. We were expected to bring our own or get from a Linen Service, which would have been an added expense. There was a sentence in the instructions about this, but I missed it. There was no mention in the instructions about the cost of this linen service. It was not (in my opinion) adequately highlighted. It seems like a fairly normal thing to expect linens to be included. Or at the least, a underline, or highlight, or color. Something that would bring attention to this rather important necessity. We made due, as we were only staying two nights. The other thing is the front door lock. We had instructions about opening the lock. After you input code numbers, you have to place your finger on the fingerprint circle on the bottom of the keypad. We placed our finger on there too short a time at first. Then we held it on too long. We figured out to hold it for the count of 3 and took it off. That worked. It was a struggle getting that lock to work.
