We really enjoyed our stay! Cozy little spot in a quiet area right by the park. Had everything we needed!

Okay stay

Nice location, the rooms had a lot of dust. The ceiling fans were extremely dusty. Plates and silverware had leftover food on them. For sure needs a little more attention to cleaning.

Great Month long stay

The place is so cute. Very convienent to Warm Mineral Spring. Make sure you go to $20 For non-resident. We had issue with coffeemaker and she was over immediately and fixed! Very ice lady! Washer and dryer outside in shed was convenient too! Bed was comfy too. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

Perfect stay near Mineral Spring

Our stay was perfect thanks to the welcoming host. The house is clean, has everything we needed. The most important things for us that you could walk to the Mineral Spring in just under 5 min. We liked everything.

My 2nd stay, always a pleasure!

I visit my aunt at Grand Living at Wellen Park. This is perfect for me. It’s close, clean and quiet, suits all my needs. I have a comfy bed, a good place to park my truck and a good host. I’ll stay every time I visit.

Great location

The property was smaller than it looked in the pics but it was fine it was just me. Great location it was blocks from my son’s house. Very clean. Could use an iron and full length mirror.
