"Room was absolutely tiny. I couldnt even get round the bed. It was also almost impossible to sit at the desk (and I am not a big guy). I was travelling alone on a business trip, but this was supposedly a double room and two of us in here would have been very uncomfortable. The room bore no resemblence to the photo on the website other than the decor. Do not be fooled!!"

"Typical English hotel room – very small. Close to amenities, restaurants, transport, parks, etc. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only negative was the noisy hotel guests - slamming doors all hours of the day and night and talking loudly in corridors."

"One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service. "
