You are in the heart of the tourist area. 5 mins to the beach. 10 mins to old Nice. 15 mins to the train station. The place is exactly as the pictures show. Bed is comfortable, towels are good. The provide you with slippers which was nice and needed (you will understand as you read). It was easy to pick up the key and return. Just 2 blocks away. Pretty good instructions on how to use everything. The negatives. I was walking around with white socks on. I quickly realized the floors were not as clean as they could be. The fridge had a sour milk smell. We went and bought baking soda which helped a bit. The shower wasn't the as clean as it could be in the corners. I also couldnt get the rain shower to work. The handheld was fine. The knob seemed seized and I did not want to break it. The wine glasses we dusty dirty. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time. We added to our dishwasher load. Overall, I would most likely stay here again as it was very well located. I just hope they improve in these few areas to make the stay that much more enjoyable. ##### Mark R.
