Lots of mature gardens and space will make this a bonus area for you to enjoy. The backyard is fully fenced and surrounded by trees and bushes for your privacy and for the safety of your pet. Prices are subject to change daily. \-3 Bedrooms – 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds \-2 Bathrooms – Walk-in shower ensuite and walk-in shower (with heated floors) \-Hosts up to 6 guests (including infants and children) \-Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, contactless check in \-Dog friendly (one adult dog - $100 pet fee; a portion of the pet fee goes to support our local pet rescue - Angel's Rest) \-Gas fireplace, central heating, and air conditioning \-High speed WiFi and TV in living room and each bedroom with cable channels Upon entering La Vignette, you will notice a closet for your coat and outdoor gear! From there you will see a formal dining room and the kitchen. The Dining Room has a large glass table with French doors that lead to the backyard. The backyard space boasts a tranquil oasis for you to BBQ and relax while enjoying one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s finest wines. The Kitchen has granite countertops and all kitchen equipment for cooking or serving: \-Drip-coffee maker, French press coffee maker, and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started \-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher \-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses) \-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths \-Salt and pepper A breakfast bar can be enjoyed while having your morning coffee and watching the cook prepare a wonderful breakfast. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, or you can always order take-out and serve it like you made it yourself! Just past the kitchen is a warm and wine inspired living room area which includes a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and an amazing wine barrel end table. There is also an area for you to sit and play games or cards with a breathtaking view of the front gardens. Off the living room are two bedrooms featuring Queen beds with pillow top mattresses and quality linen and pillows which makes these bedrooms comforting and inviting. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The highlight of this spectacular home is the primary bedroom with a king sized bed including a memory foam top for your comfort. A barrel chair is in the nook of the bedroom for those avid readers! Enjoy the flat screen TV, and plush pillows. The primary bedroom also boasts an ensuite with walk-in shower, and heated floors! There are French doors from the bedroom to the back deck. This bedroom offers lots of privacy and space and includes an office area for those who still need to work! Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided. The laundry room is located in a closet just outside the primary bedroom and has a stainless-steel washer and dryer for your convenience. Supplies are on us: \-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets The main bathroom is right across from the laundry and includes a full-body walk-in shower and heated floors.. Our location really offers a total Niagara-on-the-Lake experience. We are a short walk to the Niagara-on-the-Lake golf course and Queen Street which has the most wonderful boutique shops and amazing restaurants. The house is also within walking distance to Ryerson Park which is the best place to see sunsets and the skyline of Toronto across Lake Ontario. It's an easy one-block walk to watch the sunset over Lake Ontario, and close to shops/restaurants in town. It's also an easy drive to Niagara Falls, wineries and hiking trails. This house worked out perfectly for our family. We had a beautiful stay. A well equipped kitchen for cooking a few meals, a nice set up in the living room, we enjoyed the small table in the living room looking out front as well as the back patio for the morning sun with coffee. We had our dog and the fenced in backyard which was so quaint was perfect for us. The house is older and has been renovated with gorgeous bathrooms and flooring. My only request of the owner is consider new bedding that fits the beds. The location was perfect - close to town but far enough removed; close to the lake and parks. We enjoyed nearby golf and touring the area for future homes. The house was the right size for our needs and everything was orderly and very clean when we arrived. If you are looking for a fantastic rental property look no further! ##### Josephine C. The house needs some work- Millwork in guest bathroom coming undone, mildew in showers and overall cleanliness needs to be improved. Linens were also falling apart. In retrospect we Wos have liked an open fire pit. That is just a preference of ours and we knew that there wasn’t one. The location is just outside of town so very quiet but yet walkable to NOTL. Great quiet location and a short drive or walk to town Most of teh house was very clean , but the floors were Very dirty , our feet were black. We cleaned our feet and tried it again to make sure and within 15 minutes our feet were black again . It brought this up to the home owner and the only response I received was.. thanks I will forward to cleaning service. NO apology, no I'm very sorry . This wasn't a major issue , but an apology would have bee appropriate. I would recommend this home to others after they clean the floors . LOL ##### Tony M. Directly across the street from the lake. While there’s not a lake view, within a few short steps you get to a lovely park with benches where you can see the gorgeous sunsets. The inside was delightful and the bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in I think ever. The master bath felt like I was at a resort. Only wish the backyard was cleaned a bit more by property Msnagement company as the chairs were a bit dirty to sit on with white shorts, but that’s a very minor issue. ##### Lisa R. The house is a good fit for a couple or a family with small children but it’s a tight squeeze for 4 adults! The house needs some maintenance done. Landscaping was overgrown in driveway and in backyard, things in the house need attention and it could have been cleaner, especially for price point. But, all in all, we enjoyed our 13 days in this property. ##### Judi Y.
