The subway station is only 2 blocks away and it's in a great neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. For dining, there is a table that opens up and accommodates up to 5 people. We are a group of hosts who are very responsible and aim for 5 star ratings and we live up to the challenge. I think generally the biggest issue was the heating at night which no one warms you about that the heating shuts off and the apartment gets freezing and 2 of my kids got really sick from this and when I messaged at 1 am they told me to plug in the heaters that each room had- pretty ridiculous and while its definitely the age of the building it would have been nice to know up front ##### Emma G.
