The apartment is centrally located in the popular Oasis de Capistrano in Nerja, 50 km east of Malaga. (45 mins by car or bus) The apartment is a charming 2 bedroom apartment with room for 5 persons. The apartment is a very spacious apartment of 67 square meters inside and has two newly renovated bathrooms. The apartment has two terraces one for morning sun and one for evening sun, this gives the apartment sun from morning to evening. The apartment is placed higher up in Oasis de Capistrano complex, and have a great view out over the Oasis de Capistrano tropical garden and a nice sea view. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terraces. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a nice spacious livingroom with 40-inch TV and a cozy fireplace. Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year. Nerja is an authentic and charming town with great views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture, and small hidden beaches and cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful scenery where you can both hike, bike, climb, dive, etc.. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. There are also excellent golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja! DIRECTIONS Directions from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Tetuan 49, Nerja. 1\. You drive from Malaga Airport and on the highway E-15 in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Nerja 2\. When you see the first signs “Nerja” wait to turn off the highway until the last exit, you shall turn of at exit 929\. Here, you follow the sign “Nerja”. 3\. You arrive in Nerja and the first roundabout in Nerja, on your left side you see the Oasis de Capistrano area(signposted). Here, you drive 300 degrees around in the roundabout and follow the signs Oasis de Capsitrano. 4\. You will now enter the Oasis de Capistrano area, this road is a one-way road and shaped like a horseshoe (starting with the taxi zone 5 and go to the taxi zone 1). You follow the road to the taxi point 4, here you will find a parking lot along the way. 5\. Apartment Tetuan 49 is located in the house that you have in northerly direction. On the corner of the house you will find the two balconies belonging to the apartment and the one you have seen on the website. The apartment had everything we needed, it was really well equipped and felt like a home from home. We loved having two balconies, so we could enjoy sun and shade at different times of day. Also great having two bathrooms which was an added bonus. Very handy having a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. This meant there were no facilities at all and the nearest supermarket and snack bar were almost half a mile away. The route described to the beach had collapsed and was very dangerous and the safe route was now double the distance and because of the steep route needed a return by taxi which cost about 8euros. The problem we had in the apartment was with ants ! The 2nd bathroom was unusable after dark which was when the ants took over (hundreds) despite our best efforts ! The apartment is in a great location with lovely views. It was smaller than expected and for 4 adults the outside space particularly would be a bit cramped. Most of the apartment is very good indeed. Kitchen really good and everything worked well. Beds very comfortable. Air con/heating worked well as it was chilly at times. Nice for us to have smart TV which got UK channels. However the towels are now very worn and need replacing. The bed sheets are also in need of replacing as they are old looking. Likes...….2 bathrooms, wifi connection, modern kitchen. Easy path to and from Burriana beach Would have preferred...…….a weekly change of linen in the price. We didn't holiday to do our own washing! As the weekly price was the same for both weeks we assumed it was included as it has been for other lettings. Despite the heat we used the aircon sparingly, heeding the warning labels that excessive use would incur a loss of security deposit. Other than some traffic noise, the accommodation worked well and the proximity to the supermarket meant we could top up shopping by visiting the supermarket on foot. Located at top of complex, well sheltered in green / lush bushes, gave great views down over the sea from balcony. Apartment was lovely,modern with all items you would ever need. Relaxing lounge area, TV and WiFi keeping our daughter happy. The kitchen had everything, to allow us to both cook and also enjoy delights of Nerja plus a BBQ gas grill was a bit of a bonus allowing us to cook outside. The pool was down in central area ( 2 min walk) with a main pool and additional children's pool. clean, life guard and sunbeds available to rent with place to chill out. Close to supermarket (10 min walk) and a short cut down to Burriana beach its a bit steep and dusty although saving 20 min walk round. Note : If you have not been to Nerja before it can be hilly in places so close to the coast, but you cannot get a way from it due to area itself, buts whats wrong with rewarding drink once you get there! The hosts, Fredrik & Ulrika, really friendly and always prompt in answering any questions on the lead up to our stay. Lokaal is een opzichter, die goed benaderbaar is en problemen snel kan verhelpen.Twee balkons zijn erg fijn, om in de ochtend en in de avond wat schaduw te hebben. Uitzicht over het park, de mooie witte huisjes met pannen daken, de zee en de bergen is echt geweldig.We hebben regelmatig zelf gekookt en gegeten op balkon, een heerlijke beleving.Rondom het huis zijn veel bloeiende planten en groen gras, echt een paradijsje.Vergeet niet om deet mee te nemen voor de muggen.Nerja kent wel pittige klimmetjes, een wandeling naar het centrum of strand is lekker, maar wel steil, zeker de terugweg. Voor dit appartement moet je wel fatsoenlijk trappen kunnen lopen.Een auto huren is aan te bevelen, goede uitvalsbasis, vlak bij de snelweg.We hebben een geweldige vakantie beleefd, helemaal ontspannen terug gereisd naar Nederland.Kans is groot dat we hier nog een keer naar toe gaan.Edith en Paul. ##### Paul P. Överlag är lägenheten väldigt trevlig och välordnad med ett bra läge i Nerja. Bostadsområdet är väldigt ordnat och välskött med vacker utsikt över havet. Det fanns även gott om parkeringsplatser utanför lägenheten. Det enda minuset var att vi blev lite snopna när vi förstod att snacksbaren vid poolen inte varit i bruk på flera år och att en pågående tvist mellan markägare vid poolområdet gjorde att man var tvungen att ta en omväg för att komma till poolen. ##### Emilie H. Nära till bad o restauranger. Promenaderna blir mkt upp o ned. Men alltid med fantastisk utsikt, så det gör inget. Lägenheten kändes lyxig. Bra terrasser som ger sol dygnet runt om man vill. Vill man krypa i lite skugga finns den också att välja. Grymt enkelt att parkera bilen, som alltid stod nära. Vi fick en bra semester utan komplikationer. ##### Håkan S.
