Originally built in 1698 and renovated in 1989, it now offers modern comfort in a unique ambiance. The accommodation is only 300 meters from the Mörel-Filet train station and the Riederalp valley station, providing convenient access and direct connections to the mountain world. With space for up to eight people, the apartment is ideal for families, groups, or business travelers. High-quality furnishings and thoughtful details create a cozy atmosphere and a unique living experience.  
The apartment features four single beds and two sofa beds, ensuring restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction stove, oven, microwave and a spacious SMEG refrigerator. A large dining table invites shared meals. For guests who need to work, two separate work areas are available. The combination of high-quality furnishings and a well-thought-out layout makes the Alte Gemeindestube an ideal choice for a variety of needs.
