Our home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay downtown The location is ideal for exploring Montreal. Easy access to public transit and the city\`s best attractions right nearby. Full kitchen Two bathrooms Fast Wifi Professionally Cleaned Our apartment is spacious and well-furnished, with plenty of natural light and modern amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible \*\*To be filled after the property video\*\* The full apartment is exclusively yours, not shared with anyone else during your stay! From Check-in time to time to Check-out, this is your home in the city! Note the terrace (not in photos), is off-limits for safety reasons. Parking in the building is available for rent at an additional cost from a neighbour. Spaces are limited, so please inquire in advance. Note: A small SUV can fit but it is a tight fit for a normal SUV or minivan, anything smaller, but not suitable for larger vehicles. I won’t be available in person and prefer communicating through the app, you will have a phone number for real emergencies. I am easy to contact from morning to late evening, I do sleep, so after midnight I am slower to reply, or I get back to you first thing the next morning. If you have any questions, or if there\`s anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable, please don\`t hesitate to let me know. I also have written you a couple of messages that are sent automatically during your trip (so you have the info you need when you need it), with helpful tips and instructions. St. Catherine Street is one of the main streets in Montreal, known for its shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The street stretches for several kilometers across downtown and in fact across the island. It is home to many popular tourist attractions, such as the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, the McCord Museum, and the Montreal Eaton Centre. Located adjacent to the downtown core, you won\`t be bothered by the busy nightlife activities, which makes this a popular destination for tourists and families. The area is known for its vibrant and trendy restaurants, and shopping districts. There are also several parks and outdoor spaces nearby, including the Olympic Park, Biodome, Planetarium and Botanical Gardens. In terms of transportation, the area is well-served by public transit, with several bus outside and metro lines passing near the area. There are also many bike lanes and bike rental options, making it easy for tourists to explore the city on two wheels. BIXI is a shared bike service across the city in the summer time. Overall, tourism in Montreal is diverse and exciting, with plenty of attractions, amenities, and experiences to suit all interests and budgets. In terms of transportation, the area is well-served by public transit, with several bus outside and metro lines passing near the area. There are also many bike lanes and bike rental options, making it easy for tourists to explore the city on two wheels. BIXI is a shared bike service across the city in the summer time. I provide all my guests with thorough and easy instructions so you can enjoy your time with friends and family right away. I have done my best so you can arrive easily and get comfortable right away. ⭐Please be aware that the AC and heating systems are operational and accessible in accordance with the appropriate season. AC is installed late Spring to mid Autumn, sometimes earlier or later respecting the seasonal temperature trend. ⭐My check-in window closes at 12 AM, don\`t worry check-in is possible after midnight but fast replies are not guaranteed, I could be asleep. If you plan to arrive past midnight please ensure you received and read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive. They are easy to follow step-by-step guide and include lots of useful information. ⭐If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient and secure solutions available for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests, as I have private documents sent here. ⭐I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If there is ever any emergency please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to organize and get to your location. ⭐I do sleep at night so if you need to contact me after 12 I am not guaranteed to be available, but I always reply back first thing the next morning. ⭐The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability. ⭐Snow is removed regularly when my staff comes to the building, it is not cleared every day. There is a shovel and some ice-removing salt for you to use during the winter. If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. We want you to have a great time during your stay! While rules aren’t fun, they help ensure comfort for everyone. Most guests are wonderful, so enjoy the apartment and relax! NO PARTIES OR NOISE COMPLAINTS Parties are not permitted. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for this. Unauthorized parties will result in a Losing your reservation, refunds, and additional cleaning fees. IF YOU ARE PLANNING A PARTY let me know—I know hosts with property for this purpose. Respect the neighborhood and observe quiet hours. NO SMOKING 🚭 Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, please step away from doors and windows. A cleaning fee of $450-900 will apply for any indoor smoking. NUMBER OF GUESTS All people coming to the property, including visitors not sleeping here, must be included in your reservation’s Number of Guests. CHECK-IN WINDOW I have Self Check-in, I send you easy Step-by-Step instructions a day ahead of check-in, and you can reach me for any assistance during check-in times. I do allow arrivals past midnight, but I may not be able to assist you if there are unexpected issues. If you plan to arrive after midnight: Share your estimated time of arrival, review instructions in advance, and ask any questions before Check-in CHECK-OUT Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. result in an extra night\`s charge(this does not extend your reservation). NO ANIMALS No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed. CLEANLINESS The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly. DAMAGES Please treat the property and furnishings with care to ensure the next guest can enjoy them as much as you do. WINDOWS & DOORS Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property KEYS & SECURITY Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge. In rare situations, if required, we have the right to request a photo ID at check-in (this has never happened before) LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES Basic supplies are provided for the first week. For longer stays, you may need to replenish consumable items. Additional cleaning services are available on request EMERGENCY ACCESS Building management may access the property for emergencies, mandatory inspections, or urgent repairs. All the comforts of home. And the location was right next to a bike path that will lead you to the Olympic Stadium and all that it has to offer. Also nice was to have Dairy Queen across the street!
