À notre arrivée... aucune eau chaude... pour me rendre compte que le chauffe-eau était fermé. Le divan est dans un piteu état (coussins de l'assise déchirés). Incapable de faire partir le lave-vaisselle, il a fonctionné environ 10 minutes puis s'est arrêté. Par la suite, plus rien malgré de nombreuses tentatives. Aucune télécommande pour le téléviseur. J'ai écris au responsable pendant le séjour, aucun retour de sa part! Pour le prix, grande déception!!

The guest presented unfounded assertions to facilitate an early checkout and secure a refund. Upon not receiving it due to our policy, they proceeded to leave a negative review.

This was an excellent unit in a great part of Montreal. I would give five stars, but there were some maintenance issues. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The shower could be turned on but a knob was missing. There was a mop bucket in a closet that had a mild odor. And there was no laundry detergent. These issues weren't major but a more conscientious maintenance would have produced a five star review.

Overall, the property was decent. Parking for free was a challenge at times. They could have left us more towels for a 5 night stay. Air conditioner didn't work, so it was a little hot at times in the apartment....didn't want to leave the windows open at night as it was too noisy on the main street. One of the bathroom sinks did not drain very well at all. I think that, with a little more attention to some details, this can be a great place to stay.

I called in and messaged to borrow a vacuum cleaner and requested more toilet papers — both of which never arrived. These requests were made on 2 separate days. The dining chairs, sofas and bed linens are stained, dirty and have seen better days. The floors requires serious thorough wipe down. Walls and floors are filled with dust bunnies and spider webs (dangling from the ceiling). Most wall electrical sockets are missing the plates (exposed wires) which are hazardous. The dryer machine is filled with clothes lint that has not been emptied in ages (fire hazardous). The TV remote is not working with the actual TV. The online description writes air conditioning but in reality, only the living room/dining room has a/c. I didn’t expect the bedrooms to be in the basement either. Charging for cleaning fee means actually cleaning all surfaces (walls, ceilings, floors) but it’s not the case. I’ve also killed about 10 fruit flies while staying here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Receptionist and manager Brian were so rude and not listening to us and throw out our luggage to different room without making reserve that room for us the at 7 pm asked us to leave the property. We had very bad time with them.

We value the experience and safety of all our guests at Parc Avenue Lofts. During your stay, there were multiple instances where the terms of your reservation and our property guidelines were not adhered to, notably refusing to check out on time and relocating to a room allocated to another guest. Despite our numerous requests, we had to take necessary measures to ensure the comfort and security of other guests.We always aim to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability, but it's essential that all guests respect the property guidelines and the reservations of others.

A brand new apartment, would be perfect to spend a week. I was only there for one night, but I really liked it. The three controls for the TV were confusing for me, so didn't use the TV. On-street parking is a bit of a juggling game, but workable. I'd stay there again.

The unit was quite damaged and there were numerous security deposit charges put on my credit which took a few days to sort out. In the end the manager was helpful but we would not say at that specific property again.

Could use a lite TLC!
This place is wonderfully located - close to many restaurants and shops. It is walking distance to the best bagel shop (St. Viateur) in Montreal, and close to our favourite Greek restaurant (Arahova). We did manage to get parking, but we had to pay for it, which I thought was a little excessive as the apartment was quite costly. There are many pros to staying here; however, one of the cons is the lack of attention to requests (asked for an iron - it never came) and lack of attention to detail in the apartment. It the large bedroom downstairs, there is only one plug. the side table lamps do not work unless you keep it plugged in as the little button to turn n the lamp is broken. the other lamp cannot be plugged in because it is too far from the plug. All in all, we had a great stay in Montreal - but the owners could spend a little more time and attention to detail.

It was a good sized unit for a party of 5 - three bedrooms with good bed size, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area. Cleanliness wise it was not the best - there were empty beer bottles and wine bottles hidden in the kitchen cabinet, used bottles of shampoo/soap in the bathroom drawer, kitchen utensils were questionable. There were other issues with the unit and the property manager did not respond timely even though they claim to have "24/7 support".

Overall I give this property ALMOST 5 Stars. Nicely appointed, modern and clean… however there were a few things to mention that were definitely not deal breakers. The first item to note was the unfinished wall paint. It looked as if there were repairs but it was not completed. It took away from the chic look. The second item was the lack of mirrors… no full length at all. A few lightbulbs and face towels would have been good too. Again, I would stay again, had no problems at all, loved the place… but I do think those small items matter too.

Quiet, spacious feeling three bedroom two bath in Mile End, near Viateur bagel shop. Reasonably well equipped. TV volume stuck at high, holes in wall patched but not painted, bathroom floors not clean. Recommend communicate with the property before arrival re check-in two blocks away.

Great spot, slow communication
The actual place was lovely. Nice finishings, great kitchen and bathroom, lots of space and natural light. We love the neighbourhood. It has a lot of character and tons to do. So much good food within walking distance and we even found a park and splash pad pretty close-by. Parking isn't ideal but we were able to find street parking for the 3rd day of our stay. The closest garage is a 15-20 minute walk and cost us $50 for 2 nights. Communication with the office was a bit frustrating. I replied to emails sent from them several times with no reply coming back. I'm told this is being addressed from their side, so fingers crossed. I also had a very hard time finding a phone number to call the office directly until they sent me the check-in preparation email.

I'll start by saying the apartment was very nice and spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood. However, I had many concerns. When we arrived, there was nowhere for us to park, the spot designated was taken up by another car. Bryan was helpful when I called and told us we could park on the street. I don't have an intl plan on my cell so the calls were costing me. I turned to email. Literally, not one email was replied to during our entire stay. Had to fend for ourselves in terms of parking, the toilets did not work properly, check-out time and procedure was unclear, and again, I reached out over and over by email and nothing was replied to. After returning home, I sent an email with my concerns, no reply. I had to call them to check my email. I wasn't happy at all with the customer service. I do feel that considering the outrageous amount of money I paid for this stay, they should at least be apologetic and try to make it right. Overall, although the place was nice, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

Additionally, we have a toll free phone number that we provide our guests so that contacting us does not result in any costs being incurred.
