COME RELAX AND UNWIND. The Space: Summerspell is a small quaint 30- unit complex that offers a community pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and laundry on-site. A short 50 yard walk and you are sticking your toes in some of the whitest sand that the Emerald Coast has to offer. Each condo is tastefully decorated and offers 1 bedroom/1 bath that sleeps 6\. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom bunk beds built into the hall area and a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy your fully stocked kitchen just right for dining in along with a living and dining area. These condos are sure to please. Beach access is located directly in front of this complex. This well-kept complex offers palm trees flowers and beautiful landscaping for you to enjoy. The pool area offers loungers tables and chairs where you can come and watch the kids play or soak up the rays. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfy bed, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony while having my morning coffee, and watching the sunsets in the evenings. The proximity to the beach is just a few steps away!! Walking distance to many good restaurants as well! And Miramar Beach is absolutely beautiful with powdery soft white sand, gorgeous water, and amazing sunsets!! Note to renters.... Just an FYI....there are 4 flights of stairs to climb if you stay on the 3rd floor. Note to owner/ management....The closet door in the bedroom would not stay on the track.
