It has: \- kitchen \- living dining room \- 2 bathrooms \- bedrooms \- terrace with portable barbecue Persons on the property: · The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property. CHECK-IN: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted. The keys are collected directly at the property. · Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking. · Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights. .
