Points faibles : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.

We were very disappointed with this property. Location near beach is great, but the room itself had many issues: 1\. Beds were creaky and uncomfortable 2\. Some pillows were stained 3\. Window was dirty 4\. There was not even a toilet paper holder Property manager never answers the phone and does not care to address concerns. We had to leave the place early and did not get any refund. Please avoid, unless you have no other option!

Sheets were dirty. Not enough towels. No washcloths. No papertowels. Beds were super small. Water pressure and temperature was not good. Parking was expensive. Best thing was that the building is on the beach.

We were not disappointed with this booking. It was great for the price and the communication from the property manager was excellent and made for a very smooth visit.

#### We liked staying here

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a older, simple condo in a well kept building. The location is outstanding. The beds were very comfortable. It is just as it appears in the pictures. The owner was quick to communicate. Location is on the beach and the building has a great pool. Good dining nearby. On a free trolley route. You should know that parking everywhere on Miami Beach is limited and expensive. Utilizing lyft/uber, the trolley, walking and city bicycles are all available and would be cheaper if you stay in the Miami beach area. A city sidewalk runs parallel to the beach, I walked that everyday. My only complaints are things outside the control of the condo owner and with the property management company . Over all they are still not deal breakers for me. There was a lack of enforcement of rules, such as smoking around lobby doors. The lobby frequently smelled like smoke. Also all the fees that the mgnt company charges seemed excessive but they are consistent with what others are charging. If you are looking for a reasonable priced place to stay on Miami Beach that is clean and comfortable,I recommend this place and would stay here again.
