Super nice place with access to all sorts of activities. The quiet neighborhood led to some relaxing evenings following a day on the beach or out taking in the activities near Cocca Beach. Highly recommend this property to families or groups looking for a getaway. The owner made it super easy on us from the moment we booked. The ease of check in and keyless entry was convenient for our entire party. The property and house was clean and well cared for. The pool was PERFECT size and was our favorite hang out spot. We were thankful for the cabana when we needed a break from the sunshine. Tam and the property manager were responsive and readily there for us when little questions came up. We actually got to meet the property owners when a small issue cameUp with the pool and they were so welcoming and helpful. The home was cozy, clean & the linens were plush. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We enjoyed being close to beaches but also close enough for a short trip to Orlando to parks with 5 children in our group who are all under the age of 8\.
