Features include a spacious open-plan living area with access to an outdoor deck, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, wi-fi, reverse cycle air con in the living area, covered front verandah, large back yard for games. Bedrooms - 1st - QB, 2nd - DB, 3rd and fourth each have 2 x SBs Balnarring main beach is just a 5 minute walk, safe for children to swim or play in nearby rock pools, excellent for beach fishing, kite surfing and sailing from the nearby Westernport Sailing Club. Tulum General Store is adjacent to the beach and offers great fish and chips to eat at the park and playground opposite, at the beach or on the way home.
