The detached villa, built in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.  
  
**Location**  
Banjole. The villa is located on a 230 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday house consists of 2 apartments. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.  
  
**Pool**  
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, 2.30 m x 5 m, 1.30 m deep).
