Guests can enjoy the shared use of an unconventional-shaped swimming pool spanning 60 m2, with a depth of 140 cm and seasonal availability from May 1st to October 1st. The pool area is equipped with an internal staircase, shower/WC facilities, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, the property offers a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, a 20 m2 terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a children's playground with a slide and swing. Indoors, the property provides internet access, a trampoline, and a shared washing machine (extra charge).

The property boasts a spacious fenced area of 2,000 m2 with a well-manicured garden adorned with lush lawns and vibrant plants. There is one bedroom with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm and 200 cm in length. The dining room is equipped with air conditioning.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with 2 hot plates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also has a shower and toilet. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee. The terrace, spanning 10 square meters, is roofed and furnished with outdoor furniture. You can enjoy a view of the garden from the terrace.
