Spanning three levels, this home is packed with comfort and modern amenities that will have you eager to return. Entering the home on the first level, you'll find a cozy living area with a sofa, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, bunk bed, laundry room, baseboard heating, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Head upstairs to the second (main) level, designed for group gatherings. The living room offers a sectional sofa, armchair, board games, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, perfect for movie or trivia nights. Step outside to the private, furnished deck, where you'll enjoy a firepit with seating for four and a gas grill. The dining table seats six, with an additional two-person breakfast nook in the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare memorable meals and snacks. On the third level, you'll find two bedrooms, each with its own balcony, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and baseboard heating. Two full bathrooms, including one ensuite, both feature tub/shower combos. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Quiet Time begins at 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Firewood is not provided A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. Property management swore that the 2.5” square, 8” thick slab of ice was not there when we arrived. So I sent them photos of it, along with the clear entry to units on both sides. The last response I received from property mgt was: we will get back to you - never got back. So I purchased an ice shovel & spent an hour breaking it up myself - I’m 76. ##### Russell L. A little bit of updates and maintenance can go a long way for this unit. I wasn't expecting too much based off of other reviews before booking. However, for our ski trip with kids, it was perfect. There were short black hairs on all pillow cases and sheets, (assuming it’s where it is a pet friendly place. The bathroom floor downstairs needed swept as well. It was very clean, well-kept and cozy. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. I really appreciate that it is dog friendly as well. We like to take our pups on vacation whenever possible. Highly recommend! ##### Renee Godfrey Q. It is spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well kept. The living area and backyard deck with the hot tub are a great place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Location is great, near Wisp and its slopes, as well as the water. For both summer or winter escapades, I would highly recommend Stella's retreat. ##### Luis O. The townhouse attached to us was having major construction the entire time we were there. Starting at 645am… The pictures are outdated. The living room and back deck have changed. The back deck has a hot tub (which you pay a fee for in the summer!). Make sure to look at the fees. I think we were charged two booking fees (vrbo and vacasa) Overall just ok ##### H D. Unhappy with condo renovation while we were seeking peace & quiet We would never come back or refer anyone to use this Vascasa townhouse. On Sat., Oct 24-29, our family was surprised to see an unannounced full construction/Reno crew show on our back deck removing our patio furniture & proceeded to power wash our deck and the one next to us, roof repair lifts parked immediately in front of the twnhouse next to us. etc. from 10-3 pm. No blame to the work crew, it was shocking is customer service/management totally ignored our immediate detailed calls, emails, and took pictures of the work & equipment that appeared. With respect to the workers, we don’t blame them. It’s not their responsibility to respond to our concerns/complaint about what was going on. Customer service reps was polite & apologized on both calls and promised to call us back. No call back or response to our detailed email and two calls to customer service. Totally disappointed & with unannounced roof repair, noise, etc. We paid for a couple of days if quiet & to catch the fall foliage, but we’re still not happy & the jack of support, local management/customer service response was totally unacceptable. House is decorated beautifully and comfortably. Very clean. Loved the Hot Tub after a cool day. Loved the fireplace. Kitchen great. Pantry with spices and other things. Plenty of room. Loved 3 full bathrooms. Everything was great. I always like to offer some suggestions. Only suggestions I would have for this VRBO would be hair dryers in the bathroom and fold up luggage racks (inexpensive on Amazon) for the bedrooms so people don't have to open their luggage on the floor. Had a wonderful stay. Furniture is upgraded from pictures. Beautifully furnished! Got to jump into beds, if you're short haha, but super comfortable.
