For the house not to be on the beach the walk is very short so still gave us that sense of being on the beach. It rained one of the days of our stay so having the pool helped having the kids entertained!. I also loved that they have beach toys, chairs, coolers and other items for your use!. The house is beautiful, the rooms extremely spacious and the bathrooms are great. We also cooked in the grill one night and worked perfectly. The kitchen has windows that can be open that faces the pool so that way you can be cooking and still keep an eye on the rest of the party outside. Super clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The contact person was always very communicative, even late night and was very polite and explained everything! The house is darling and well maintained - very clean and well appointed. We had some cloudy days but were still able to swim in the pool, go to a movie, and explore Marco. We walked to the beach (10 minute walk) and were able to use the wagon and other beach accessories at the house. We were also able to walk to many dining options and the movie theater.
