All the amenities, including air conditioning, heating, and Internet. The bedroom area features a double bed and an en suite bathroom, along with a separate kitchen. IT’S INNER-COURT, which makes it quiet—a definite advantage given its location in the historic centre. It has a window overlooking an inner courtyard on another floor, and another window in the kitchen overlooking another inner courtyard shared by the building’s residents. The building has an elevator.

Stays of 28 days or more during the mid and low seasons come with a significant discount; guests are responsible for their electricity bills (100-euro deposit) and 50 cents per person per day for water.

Downtown Málaga is full of restaurants, bars, cafés, museums… Although it’s right in the heart of the city, this area is quiet at night because there are no nightclubs. La Malagueta Beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the bus station is just a 5-minute walk away.
