""Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Niagara Falls! The house itself is stunning, and the location was perfect for our trip. Most importantly, the host's communication was excellent—they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor note is that a few areas of the house could use a bit of a deep clean to really let the property shine. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend it!""

"When we first checked in and got to our room, there were dust webs all around the ceiling. So I went to the front desk complained. The owner did come out and cleaned it right. We went out for a few hours and later that night, I found an empty liquor bottle on the nightstand shelf. I went and complained and asked for another room because we felt like the room was unclean. He told me no they didn’t have any more availability. Which the motel seemed like it wasn’t full because there was not a lot of cars in the parking lot. Heproceeded to tell us just put the bottle outside the door. As the night went we opened up one of the beds you can tell it was sleeping in and the sheets were not changed. The bed just was made. On top of everything, the floors were not swept. It was a horrible experience. The owner was very unprofessional. I would recommend not to waste your money and cleanliness of the motel zero out of 10. "
