We had always wanted to stay right on The Strand. Perfect location. The Strand that far south in Hermosa is relatively quiet. Still an easy walk to Pier Avenue, Martha's, etc. The house retains many architectural features from its original construction in the 1930s and is beautiful. The rooftop is an added feature. The home was so comfortably sized for a big group and has everything you could need and more. Plenty of bedding and towels and games. The location is hard to beat, easy walk to the main strip in Hermosa and right on the beach. Wish we had longer here! We took a large group of friends for a beach vacation and this house was perfect. Close to the airport, yet still provided the quaint beach town vibe being close to the pier, or a short uber anywhere else someone wanted to go. The house is fully stocked for all of your beach needs along with bikes for a stroll down the boardwalk. Comfortably slept 8 adult males in our group. The host is great! The experience I had at this location was far beyond anything I could have asked for. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the owner was extremely accommodating to the needs of my family and friends. The owner made it our stay comfortable to the point where we felt right at home. With a full heart, I can say my stay here was astounding.
