Guests will enjoy a secluded beach, heated community pool, private balconies, community hot tub and secure access. The unit is recently renovated and located across the street from a public park, a convenience store, two restaurants and a bicycle shop. We drove into Sarasota to do some parasailing and kayaking. We never got bored! Longboat is very low key, it felt as though we had the beach to ourselves. I would recommend that the pool be open later than 8pm for the kids to take a dip and cool off after a long day of activities. Also some of the outlets do not work in the condo. Guest bedroom and bathroom lacks night stand and drawers to keep stuff. 2\. Kitchen utensils are not sufficient: there not enough pots and pans 3\. Water in the sink and toilet bowl in master bedroom is running too slow. It does not spoil the quality of the property for one family to vacation. A few problems with the unit that were eventually addressed when they could get a repairman in for the refrigerator/freezer that was not working for 5 days and the dryer as well.
