Property Details: This 83-sqm apartment is located on the 15th floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. Both bedrooms are interior courtyard facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Important Information and Policies \- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy. \- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Les transports en commun, les supermarchés et les restaurants sont juste au coin de la rue. La proximité du métro et l'abondance de supermarchés et de restaurants à proximité le rendent encore plus pratique. L'appartement était pratique, calme, propre et bien équipé. Le Wi-Fi rapide et le salon confortable m'ont fourni tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Spacieux, bien meublé et équipé de tous les essentiels, il a offert un séjour merveilleux. ##### Simona B.
