Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Lake Livingston, Texas (eastern side of the lake) ● Private Pool: This home features an in-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious patio for lounging. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ● Parking: There is parking for up to 5 vehicles. Please plan to carpool if necessary. House Rules: \- Guests must be 24+ to book the property. \- One-night stays must be approved. \- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. The property is a great location in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing, campfires and playing ping pong. The views of the sunset are spectacular.We also found a great lakeside restaurant and enjoyed walks at Lake Livingston State Park. So much to do outdoors The kitchen was abundant stocked with everything you need to do some serious cooking should you choose. Missing everyday spices and cooking oils however. There is a smart TV in every room which made it nice to stream some family movies during downtime. I did reach out the management however that all the indoor and outdoor seating needs immediate attention.
