"Clean and a great location which is close to the ferry terminal. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider it walking distance unless you work on your hill workout! It is on a main road which has a lot of traffic but did die down. Not a big deal, but the curtains in the main kitchen areas were sheer and felt a bit exposing to the main street in the evening. An outdoor space with a table or some chairs to enjoy the summer evenings would be helpful. Communication was excellent and quick."

"We had a lovely room on an upper floor with a great view. The room needed some attention - phone didn’t work, there was a crack in the bathroom basin and some laminate flooring pieces were lifting.
