As soon as you step inside BELLA VIEW ON LAKE LURE, you'll arrive at a landing flanked by king bedrooms and full baths on either side (one is en suite, the other has an adjacent bathroom). Both rooms boast new furniture, indulgent bedding, plenty of space, and ample closet space.

From here, you can either head up or down for an impressive reveal. Let's head up. You'll find a kitchen with generous counter space and modern appliances, including a nice refrigerator and a bar seating area that flows into the living space, complete with a wall of windows offering a stunning north channel of Lake Lure, sure to leave you in awe.

Your group will love gathering around the large dining table, which seats six and is perfectly situated for catching your favorite games, movies, or shows on TV while also enjoying the beautiful stone fireplace and the breathtaking scenery outside. Everyone will have something to enjoy! A spacious L-shaped sectional sofa between the dining area and the TV/fireplace setup makes it easy for several guests to get comfortable.

Step into the light and bright, all-seasons room featuring an electric fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating for more views of the lake. You'll want to head out to the porch deck, which offers another stunning overlook of the water and mountains. It's the perfect spot for grilling on the gas BBQ.

The layout and furniture arrangement of this home truly make the most of the space! A short staircase from the all-seasons room to a treasure of a sleeping area for teens or pre-teens (the fourth “bedroom”). This cozy, enclosed loft has two twin beds with thick, luxurious mattresses that are sure to host some memorable slumber parties!

Now, back down to the landing: if you descend just a few more steps, you'll find the laundry room, another main bedroom (featuring a king bed), and a newly updated en suite bath with double sinks and a spacious, luxurious walk-in shower. This second suite also includes a lovely private deck overlooking the lake. With such beautiful surroundings, what more could you want?

Everything is so convenient. This home is less than a mile to the sandy beach at Rumbling Bald Resort on Lake Lure and just 11 miles to downtown Lake Lure. Take short day trips: 23 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center, 39 miles to Asheville where you'll find the Biltmore House and Blue Ridge Parkway.

Access roads and essential services, including power, water, and WiFi, have been restored, thanks to the hard work of contractors and volunteers. While the Chimney Rock area, Lake Lure beaches, and waterfront are currently closed, there are still many nearby attractions to enjoy.
Area restaurants, including those in Lake Lure and Asheville, are reopening, and there are many activities available within an hour's drive, including golf, wineries, breweries, music, trails, waterfalls, and more. Tryon Equestrian Center is hosting some Chimney Rock businesses affected by the storm. Saluda, Hendersonville, Forest City, Asheville, Greenville, SC, and Charlotte, NC, all make great day trips.
