The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There are two large swimming pools (shared) with jacuzzies in the community. Both are within walking distance (a few minutes) from the property. There is a small, 1-car garage that guests are welcome to use (larger vehicles may not fit) as well as unassigned spaces along the street. We are minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option. In January, you can walk to the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament. Tennis fans - in March, you'll be minutes away from the 5th largest tennis tournament in the world, the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, which draws the top-rated men and women tennis players in the world. Tennis and pickleball players - the Fritz Burns park is 10 minutes away with 6 tennis courts and 8 pickleball courts lit and open from Dawn until 10 pm. The pool and the clubhouse was a huge highlight! A huge pool with a fun clubhouse that had pool and ping pong. On top of all of this, the house was beautiful, super clean. It was exceptionally clean and looked like it had just been renovated. The beds were excellent and we loved the bedding and linens provided. We were a bit worried about the location and being a little far out for us, but everything we needed was within a 15 minute drive. The only thing that I think they could work on would be outfitting the kitchen better. It was a little "light" on kitchen supplies. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay for a few days! The location is very clean, calm serene relaxing and very comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi and dry heat, were exactly what my mind and body needed. A lot of local cafes restaurants and stores, all within a short drive. The picturesque mountains seem so unreal in their beauty. When we got to the condo we put our things in the master bedroom and immediately smelled dog urine. We got not figure out where it was coming from either the floor or rug. I immediately called VARE and left a message. Then went to check out the rest of the house in which the guest bathroom had debris in the tub. We looked around to try to find cleaning supplies to get the dog urine smell out as the master was not sleep-able . Had to go out that evening and purchase cleaning supplies. Three days later received a text from VARE checking on our stay and told them about the lack of cleaning in the unit. Only then did they care to call. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, we left early from our vacation. ##### Annmarie D.
